Terms and Conditions Of The Supply Of Products.
This document outlines the terms and conditions of the selling of the products listed on our website: www.millie-mackintosh.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from the Site.
In these terms and conditions “the Brand” means “Millie Mackintosh” and/or any other brand name used by us or featured on any products supplied by us.

1.2 www.millie-mackintosh.com is a site operated by Cammac Trading Ltd of High Holborn House 52-54 High Holborn London WC1V 6RB a company registered in England and Wales Company Number 09643676. Our VAT number is 219 5773 79.
2.1 When using the Site you must not misuse the website – any attempted attacks or hacks against the site (including spam and technological interferences) would constitute a criminal offence under the ‘Computer MisuseAct 1990.’ We will report all breaches of this clause that affect the Site to law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity.
3. CONTENT AND COPYRIGHT
3.1 All software and content made available to you from www.millie-mackintosh.com remain the property of Cammac Trading Ltd and are protected by UK copyright laws. Under no circumstances are you permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce in any form the content from www.millie-mackintosh.com.
3.2 You may use the link of www.millie-mackintosh.com if such use is made in a positive, fair, legal manner which does not damage or adversely affect the reputation of the Site and / or the Brand. We reserve the right to withdraw and refuse linking permission without notice.
4. TERMS OF SALE
4.1 By placing an order through the Site you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to these terms and conditions. We are entitled to refuse an order made by you at any time, for any reason.
4.2 By placing and paying for an order on the Site and upon receiving confirmation from us you will have entered into a binding contract upon these terms and conditions and confirm that you are legally entitled to do so.
4.3 All orders placed through the Site are subject to availability of stock and confirmation of the order price.
4.4 We will always try to honour the dispatch times shown on our website. There may however be delays (such as adverse weather conditions) and we would ask that you do not contact our customer services until the day after delivery was expected. We will make every effort to contact you as soon as we are aware of any delays.
4.5 In order to submit an order on the Site you must be over the age of 18 and hold a credit or debit card of a bank account acceptable to us – please see Payment (Point Six.)
4.6 When placing an order on the Site you undertake and represent that all details provided are true and accurate, you are the owner of the payment card and have sufficient funds to cover the cost and delivery of the product.
4.7 When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email to confirm the receipt of your order – this is just and acknowledgment and is not confirmation that your order has been accepted or completed. That confirmation email will be sent when your goods have been dispatched – this is the point at which you will have entered a binding contract with us.
5.1 Where applicable, prices on the Site are inclusive of UK VAT rates but exclusive of delivery costs which are an addition – please see our Delivery Policy.
5.2 Prices on the Site are subject to change without notice but placed orders will remain unaffected.
5.3 If we have received an order on the Site from you for a product that has been incorrectly priced then we will contact you in the first instance about this mistake. You will have the option to buy the product at the correct price or to cancel your order. We are under no obligation to supply you with the product at the incorrect price.
6.1 All orders placed on the Site must be paid for with a debit or credit card from a bank acceptable to us. The list of payment types we take are the following – Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, Electron and Paypal.
6.2 Upon receiving the order we will carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on the card to ensure you have the sufficient funds to make the purchase. The goods will then be dispatched if authorisation was given and your card will be debited.
6.3 Please note that if you live in Northern Ireland your region is "Ireland" and we have to charge you the same postage costs as for shipments to Republic of Ireland. We're sorry about this, but it's due to the costs charged to us by our shippers. If this changes in the future we'll update our site."
7. RETURNS POLICY
7.1 All orders placed on the Site are subject to a 14 day returns policy. Other than in the case of the return of unused but damaged or faulty goods, postage costs may be deducted from your refund.
8.1 We have a complaints handling procedure which we will resolve any disputes – please let us know your complaints and comments at firstname.lastname@example.org. Although we aim to offer you the best service possible we may not always be able to meet your requirements through no fault of our own. If a fault occurs please contact us at the email address above and we will attempt to resolve any dispute as soon as we reasonably can.
9.1 By using the Site you agree to indemnify and defend the employees and associates of Cammac Trading Ltd from all third party claims, liability, damages and costs arising from your use of the Site or any breach of the terms and conditions.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISTICTION
10.1 Our terms and conditions are in accordance with the laws of England and all disputes will be settled in the English court system.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
11.1 All and any Intellectual Property Rights in respect of the Site, the Brand and /or the products are owned by Cammac Trading Limited absolutely.

Returns Policy - Trade Only
1. All dresses need to be returned in the original packaging of a poly bag that they were sent out in
2. If any garments are faulty please send them back in a poly bag with a note detailing a description of what the fault is and what action you require
3. All exchanges can take up to 14 days to process. All credit notes will be processed within our 30 days term
4. All wholesale and distributors must return goods within 6 weeks from date of despatch.
PLEASE NOTE:- All customer returns are delivered to the warehouse after 2pm the following working day.
